What to give a retiring CEO?

When Lyndsey Catermole retired as CEO from Aspect Computing, her staff wanted to say thanks. But what do you give someone "who's already got everything".

Idea

My friend Dale Smalley was creating amazing 360 degree landscape photos, using a 5.5 mega-pixel camera plus some software he wrote himself. I thought I'll direct the troops, to bring out their "best", and he can capture the magic moment.

Result

A lot of affection and in-jokes from Lyndsey's team. It looks really good framed (about 1.5 metres long), and the web version ( 210 k ) is great!

Lyndsey and Aspect loved them both.
